From any touch tone telephone or mobile phone

		Dial the correct access number for your country (click here for list of access numbers).
		When prompted enter your account number and pin number in one go.
		Upon entering the account and pin number you will be asked to enter the number you wish to call, remember to include the full area code if dialing within the UK or the full international code if you are calling from abroad.

If using a mobile phone do not press the ‘send’ or "green" dial button after connecting to VoiceNets access number. Your call will be connected automatically and a prompt will notify you of this and of any problems.

Please note some mobile phone providers may surcharge calls made to 0800 freephone numbers. Please check with your service provider. Orange freephone numbers are free. Calls from payphones incur a surcharge.

Follow on call
Do not hang up, press # twice and dial the new destination number.

Redial last number
Do not hang up. Press #0.
