How do I make a call?
You simply dial the appropriate Voicenet free phone
access number for the country you're in (click
here to view access numbers), when prompted, enter your
account number and pin together in one go, at the next prompt dial the
destination number as normal. (If your account number and pin are not
accepted, you may not have a touchtone on the telephone you are dialling from. Try keying the *
(star) and then key in the full account number and pin again.
