is CPS (Carrier pre select)?
CPS
allows you to keep your existing BT phone line and save money on all
your phone calls, at considerably
less than BT would charge you. BT
will still maintain your line and bill for the line rental. Your
phone number will remain the same and you will simply receive a
separate bill from us for call charges at a greatly discounted
rates. |

do I need?
You need a working and connected BT
telephone line. |

do I make a call?
Simply dial the the number you want
as you did with BT. |

What
about line rental?
You still continue
paying your line rental BT. You will receive a separate bill for the
cost of your calls from Voicenet. However it is worth calling line
provider and checking that your not paying for services you don't
require which will lower your outgoings. |

| What
are the advantages?
Firstly
its FREE to all our customers that have BT lines. Additional
advantages of CPS to you the customer is that you need not do
anything. We simply set
up CPS remotely from the our offices and there is no need for an
engineer or technician at your site thus
no
disruption or inconvenience. No smart diallers or manual prefixing
is necessary anymore.
CPS can be configured for direct lines, PABXs or switchboards.

What
happens to my current phone number?
Your phone number
stays the same. |

| How
will I know if the service is active?
As soon as the application has been
processed, you will receive a confirmation letter, letting you know
when the service is connected. The minimum activation time is 10
working days from the date of your order. |

| Do
I have to contact BT?
No, we will contact BT on your
behalf. BT will send you a letter; this is just confirmation with an
activation date. They may also phone to try and put you off leaving
them.
